Workout
Using our network of licensed servicers and vendors, we work with borrowers to understand their situation, offering opportunities to keep the borrower in their house that traditional banks rarely consider.
Resolution
Each asset ultimately becomes a cash-flowing investment, a turn-key rental property, or a home ready for retail sale. Our joint venture partners and private investors receive above-average returns on their investment.
